Week 2- How WELL are you?

Week One, were you DONE?

Were you exhausted or energized after the first week back in school?  Did you have enough energy remaining at the end of the day to spend quality time with family/friends?  If you were too tired to enjoy life after work last week then you definitely need to think about wellness.

"All work and no play, makes for a very dull day!"

The Movement provides opportunities for you to focus on the physical and social components of wellness as you train alongside other HCS employees. This week I am recruiting participants for three fitness class options.  I will email the first option tomorrow morning (Tuesday 8/19).  The classes fill up quickly so be sure to respond to the email blast as quickly as possible.

MONKEY C MONKEY RUN 5K

September 13, Homewood Central Park

Our first highlighted 5K  this year will be the Monkey C Monkey Run 5K.  All proceeds benefit Camp Smile-A-Mile.  I had the opportunity to speak to Camp SAM young adult survivor camp in July.  I assure you that I was inspired by the audience much more than I could provide inspiration to them.  CLICK HERE  to register.  You can save some $ by joining Team HCS!  This event is walker friendly and is also an opportunity for you to get a baseline 5K time for your year of wellness.
