WEEKEND WORKOUT CHALLENGE!!!!

Special Announcement from THE MOVEMENT

Each weekend, The A Team has homework.  This weekend I'm throwing out a homework Weekend Workout challenge system-wide.  Anyone who completes the following and emails their finish time to me (I promise I won't publicize your finish time) will be in a drawing for a prize from THE MOVEMENT!!!!


Weekend Workout-  

Start in Push-up position, complete 1 push-up, then Burpee up and down, complete 2 Push-ups, then Burpee up twice then back down to 3 push-ups/3 Burpees, 4 push-ups/4 Burpees, 5 push-ups/5 Burpees.  Continue until you complete 6 and 6, 7 and 7, 8 and 8, 9 and 9 and finally 10 and 10!!!! Email your finish time to me to be placed in the drawing!
