Turkey Tabata

The A Team will meet at HHS weight room for this workout on Thursday 11/20 at 4pm. Join us in person or virtually (on your own at home)

20 seconds work: 10 seconds rest
4 rounds
1 minute rest

of the following 

One leg squats- switch per 20 seconds
V-ups
Burpees or sit-ups
Box jumps or Step-ups 

Count every rep and email your results (Total reps) to me. Employee with highest rep total will win an awesome training T- shirt from The Movement.
