Next week I will launch an opportunity for employees to be a part of a fitness/nutrition challenge which I have personally experienced since Oct. 15. STREAKERS #RWRunStreak- If you completed your 37 days of running please include that in your Patriot Point Challenge Entry as a COMPLETED RACE. You have earned a finishers award. Congratulations on this task. I know it was not easy and is a huge accomplishment.

TUESDAY CARDIO-CROSS TRAINING / THURSDAY SPIN: Email me if you would like to join our after school fitness classes at HHS.
This semester I am offering the following:
- Tuesday (3:45-4:15 and 4:15-4:45pm)-Circuit Strength Training class. A combination of strength and flexibility.
- Thursday (3:45-4:15pm)-Spin class at HHS. 5 person minimum. Email me before Thursday to let me know you will attend. Minimum 5 people, Maximum 15.
