This week will begin the holiday season. A few years ago I blogged about "The Eating Season" in reference to the holidays. Each year we celebrate this time of the year with food, family, fun, football and quite possibly a few extra pounds. While I certainly agree that it's necessary to enjoy a few extra treats, it's also a good idea to have a game plan going into the next few weeks to be sure you can enjoy the festivities and feel good about yourself after the eating season comes to an end. Take some time away from schoolwork, enjoy your time with family and friends, enjoy the reason for the season and be sure to take care of yourself along the way.
