Edgewood/HMS tie for first place!

TWAR!
HMS and Edgewood ended week 2 of the PPC in a tie.  BIG shout out to Edgewood for improving from worst to tied for first in just one week of the PPC.  The tie breaker was a Twitter war (TWAR) and HMS came out on top.  Check out a few of the pics from the Twar.

HMS wins & Journaling Exercise=Posting Points.

 HMS is ON THE MOVE!

Congratulations to Team HMS on their week 1 victory.  Their hardwork earned the hardware!  Great job on making the effort to post those points.

This week's Movement Minute is a demo of how to post points.  It takes less than 20 seconds to post your weekly points.

Research proves that people who actually take time to journal their exercise are more likely to take time to exercise.  I've shared this video every year since we started The Movement.  Dr. Cleveland shared the video with me and I completely believe it is one of the most incredible demonstrations of the importance of movement.  Please take the time to watch.....

If you don't have time to watch the video you are probably one of the people who honestly won't have much time to enjoy life.
Keep Moving, to Keep Living, to ENJOY LIFE.
