Scaleback weigh-in was a huge success. Thanks to all of you for participating and our nurses at each school for taking the time to get our stats! Now the work begins. If you are participating in Scaleback you have 10 weeks to make small changes leading to big results. Accountability is key. Stay in touch with teammates and their progress. Spin: Tuesday 3:45-5:15=Rocky II Endurance Ride, Thursday=4:15 Strength, Friday 6am=Intervals
DanceTrance/Zumba: Thursday 3:45pm
BASKETBALL: Thursday 6am-6:45am. Please email me if you plan on attending! We need 8-10 participants to make this Movement event a success. Officer Fox, Dr. Cleveland and Carter Doyle are three ballers who expressed interest in this Movement event. They are looking for a challenge. Who's got next?
