If you complete at least 50,000 steps per week you now earn a bonus +5 Patriot Points. 60,000 steps =6 points, 70,000 = 7 points etc....

50 Jumping Jacks, 20 walking lunges/hesitate at the bottom of the lunge and twist torso opposite, Arm circles-small then large circles 25 reps.
